can I actually do a THURSDAY THIRTEEN?

I'm not totally sure what a Thursday Thirteen actually is except for maybe 13 random thoughts... so I'll share my randomness w/ you today.

1. I'm listening to silence. Usually we have a radio on 24/7 but I turned it off. The fridge isn't humming, the a/c isn't on, the dogs are sleeping, it's just me and the laptop. Silence is nice.

2. wow. I'm stuck already. huh.

3. I'm actually excited about my future. Like for the first time since I got engaged to be married. This is cool.

4. Have I ever confessed on here how much I LOVE a clean house!??!??! It's totally awesome!

5. Even though I don't work, I love a 3 day weekend. Hubby is home one more day w/ me!

6. I'm loving blogging and reading blogs. It's fun, it's like a peek into other peoples lives and ya get to know them better. It's also good for me to get some stuff out. KWIM?

7. What to have for dinner tonight??? I dunno, but I do know I've gotta get the sauce for tomorrow nights dinner started!!!

8. I'm pretty sure I can't make it to thirteen. I'm just not that interesting.

9. The person that laughed at me for getting someone to clean my house just called to find out who I use. Now, THAT is HILARIOUS!

10. I have found 2 new friends that I find myself thinking of often. I thank God everyday that He allowed these friendships. They are better for me than I ever could have imagined. THANK YOU!

11. I'm a scrapping tonight! Well, altering but it's done at my scrap table and w/ paper so it counts.

12. I wish I lived closer to family.

13. Look at me, I made it!! WHOO HOO!! (this probably doesn't count though, b/c it's about nothing really. but we won't tell anyone will we???)

Hey... it doesn't matter how you get to the number 13, it only matters that you get there! HA! That's my philosophy! I SO enjoy a clean house. I really, really do. There is nothing like it. I enjoy coming home to a clean house so much that sometimes I'll clean it and leave just so I can back to it. Isn't that odd? And one more thing, I used to not like silence... but I think I have learned to appreciate it. Love ya!

Yay, YOU! I like reading your randomness - I learn more about you that way! Okay, I'm totally jealous that you scrapped last night - I'm itching to scraplift your layout from last week. Soon, very soon...And, hey, since we've put our house on the market I, too, have been having my house cleaned and OMGoodness! I'm hooked. The difference is amazing. And a little SCARY!

Silence is golden - yeah I love it but don't get it often either. I do take advantage of it when I'm home by myself though. K, and you don't know what your eating tonight but you got tomorrow covered? Oops this is tomorrow but it's still funny. I'm having BBQ tonight - we finally went and bought our Mother's Day/Father's Day gift. WOO HOO...I'll be blogging about it soon. See ya.

I've GOT to know about a sauce that you start a full 24 hours ahead of time! Are you Italian, and I just didn't know it...?

mmmm Staci you are so going to have to come over!! I say that I am Italian by default... I grew up on Long Island... you kinda just 'become' Italian that way. I am Jewish though...

Hey, I heard about your cookiong from Kathy and LaGene and they said, "Her sauce - when you look at it, it looks normal... but OH MAN when you taste it! It is awesome!" It sounds wonderful!
